OOOOOOOOH....envy and desire! We are plotting and planning on how we can do that in PA this summer when we can acutally buy some pure maple syrup. Maybe a snow cone machine can reproduce the ice/snow and then we'll have to stick it in the freezer...wow, the sugar shack was one of our favorite winter (still winter in April???), sorry, I mean spring things to do in Quebec.
